Work Permits
Those of you who will be working at the stand during the moving in- & out period at ScandBuild, will need work permits. Order the number of permits that you need here in the guide under "Your orders" and we will send them to you well before the exhibition starts.

Moving In
Sunday 29 March, 07.00-21.00
Monday 30 March, 07.00-21.00

After 21.00 on Monday 30 March, carpets will be laid in the alleys and cleaning starts. This means no objects in the alleys!

Exhibitors and deliveries to them have access to the internal loading dock via the South Gate.

Moving Out

N.B.
No dismantling activities are allowed before 17.00, Thursday 2 April. Between 17.00-18.00 the carpets will be rolled up and all stored packaging material will be returned to the participants. The gates to the Moving Out area will be opened as soon as this is done.

Packaging and Waste
It is up to every exhibitor, stand constructor and decorator to take care of packaging, waste etc. At Bella Center we apply recycling. There are containers outside the gates. Any left material will be taken away at your expenses.

Logistics/Freight agent
DSV can help you with transports, loading/unloading etc. DSV accepts goods from 23 March 2009.
